From a May 29, 1982 article in "Billboard": "According to Don Wardell, RCA West Coast product manager who initiated the project, a special promotional 78, containing one song, 'Oh, Look At Me Now,' also featuring Connie Haines and the Pied Pipers, will serve as a 'souvenir' for radio personalities and journalists. They'll be individually numbered and limited to 1,000 copies."
